Kern was great. I would recommend Kern with no question. Lorenzo Hubbard turned out to be a liar. The interest rate that Lorenzo had stated turned out to be a lie. We submitted my application because he said I could not get an interest rate until I was approved. After MB financial gave me an approval, Lorenzo Hubbard told me that I would be given an interest rate of 3.2%. I was fine with that but felt like it should have been lower. After reviewing the screen of what Lorenzo input I noticed my interest rate was not what he stated. The reason I knew he was lying was because the money factor was at 0.0325 and that was what he said my interest rate was, however in finances "i.e" car buying business if you multiply the money factor which was 0.0325 by 2400 you get 78 which comes out to be 7.8% interest. I indicated to him that the money factor was way off which was not giving me the correct interest rate. Several times he said yes it is, so I let him print out the paperwork which showed what i had previously discovered as my true interest rate. Once i saw this i took the paperwork and tore it up and told him i would not do business with him because he was not being honest. He tried several times in his office even following me to my car asking me to allow him to re-do the deal. I told him no. After leaving the dealership, I later found out that he has been discussing my financial information with his friends which is a direct breach of privacy. I contacted Mercedes Benz USA and am awaiting response from the dealership after speaking with corporate about the breach of confidentiality. I would not recommend Lorenzo Hubbard by any means to be the person that you deal with if you choose to purchase a vehicle with Mercedes Benz of Tampa. More

He even cancelled my SirusXM subscription immediately on my trade-in so I would gain full credit (6 months service was included). I never had to visit their Tampa location and have never been treated so special from a dealership. His follow-up during and after was top-notch. Excellent customer service.
