I did a lot of research on the internet, so I pretty much knew which vehicle I wanted. The only thing I had not yet decided on was the color I wanted. I submitted a quote on the internet and received a call from Kevin Cao. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgable. He set an appointment with me according to my busy schedule. I arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes early and was greeted right away. Keven immediately came out after only a minute or two and began showing me cars. He moved cars around so I could compare colors and trims. He made sure I was happy with the choies I made, and offered advice. The paperwork process was very smooth and quick. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. The delivery process was very informative and quick. Following my purchase, Kevin assisted mein returning my lease turn in to another dealership. He has been easy to reach on his cell phone and always willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend Kevin and MBOT to anyone looking to buy a MB. More

We had visited earlier this year after seeing Mercedes at a car show in Tampa (we drive a long way to Tampa). The sales person at that time was pushy and treated us like we were just a sale to him and neede a car show in Tampa (we drive a long way to Tampa). The sales person at that time was pushy and treated us like we were just a sale to him and needed us to hurry up on the test drive and the decision. Wasn't very product knowledgeable or cared to answer too many of our questions. We walked away We had been doing a lot of research about replacing my car I have been driving to work...lots of miles. We were only going to visit and look again...avoiding the last salesperson. We weren't planning to purchase...just look. Then Kern walked up with a smile and a comfortable and knowledgable personality. He answered all of our questions..as many as we had. He was very knowledgeable about the products and asked us questions to find out what we were looking for in a vehicle. What impressed me most...he was receiving many calls during the test drive and after. He quickly talked and hung up on each occasion...conveying to whoever called that he was working with a customer. I have been around salespeople who go on and on with the phone conversation. Kern cut each short and turned his attention back to us. As busy as it was, Kern was there to help us through our experience. Of course, we bought a 2014 E 250...spent more than planned, but are very happy with the investment. We feel that this replacement of my vehicle has the safety and economy (as well as very comfortable for my tall frame) that I needed and it is something I will keep for a long time. Kern wasn't through yet...after we went through the paperwork with Finance..(which Adil Z was very efficient...there were a few bumps, but he was very knowledgeable...and it was very busy that day), Kern was right there asking how things were going. He had gotten the car prepped for us and went through the car with me. Also, Dorothy was an amazing young lady who went through all my setups and gave me some good beginning knowledge on how to drive my car. What a wonderful, friendly experience from her. Kern followed up with a few things I needed done...he was very busy, but sent me what I needed, answered my string of questions...never made me feel that I was imposing on his time. From beginning to end...my experience with my first Mercedes Benz purchase...remarkable. I have never been treated like this at any other dealership. I was always looked over as the wife of my husband even though I was signing on the dotted line. I didn't feel like that for one moment with Kern. If you are a first time buyer or a repeat buyer of Mercedes Benz who is looking for a great new experience...Mercedes Benz of Tampa is your place. Let Kern Charles be your first face for the best experience. Will we come back? You better believe it! Will we be recommending this dealership and salesperson...definitely! I just turned sixty so I have had a lifetime of experience buying vehicles. I was in the middle of a major move into my new home and had more than enough on my plate. I've been a Nisaan (Maxima) customer for years and have no complaints but I wanted to open myself up to other high end luxury vehicles. I particularly wanted a vehicle that had the safety features important to me given all of the distracted drivers on the roads today. I decided to stop by the Mercedes of Tampa dealership as I had gotten an email from "Kevin Cao", following up on leads of a former salesperson. I was not able to make any purchases as I was applying for a home mortgage and the banks themselves instruct you not to make any purchases while your loan is under review. Kevin could not have been a better match for my situation. He was easygoing, knowledgeable and frankly, knew what I was looking for better than I did at the time. I was truly not focused on buying but after a test drive with Kevin and liking his "demeanor" and the vehicle, I told him I would be in touch with him the next day. He contacted me, I made an offer and it was the simplest transaction and a win win for both the dealership and I. This turned out to be a joyful journey without the usual frustrations. Kevin made it so and I am totally new to Tampa and no prior knowledge of Kevin or this dealership. He guided me through the process and followed up behind each other employee I had contact with along the way. He was the first person I saw and the last. He has a way about him that speaks to credibility, not at all the "stereotypical car salesperson". I am loving my vehicle, the dealership I will be bringing it to as needed and am totally confident in my purchase. No second thoughts! As a matter of fact, I asked Kevin for some of his business cards as I most definitely will be recommending him to people who want a luxury vehicle and and an experience that "mirrors" the luxury of the vehicle they will be purchasing! The Mercedes Benz Dealership of Tampa is top of the line in every way possible and I hit the jackpot with both the vehicle and my sales advisor, Kevin Cao. It is my pleasure to write this review. I selected a new Mercedes this year to go with my new BMW for 4 reasons. First, the exemplary manner in which I was treated during service by Dave Z with my old Mercedes, secondly the exemplary manner in wh for 4 reasons. First, the exemplary manner in which I was treated during service by Dave Z with my old Mercedes, secondly the exemplary manner in which I was treated this time by Mark Gray, my new, permanent salesperson, thirdly by the beautiful facility that makes shopping an absolute pleasure and last but never least the fine craftsmanship of the Mercedes brand. Cary has assisted us twice at Mercedes and he is awesome. He was extremely busy during the Winter Sale event on November 23.
