First class service....the new 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 caught my eyes on one of the television commercials I watched one evening and then I decided to review the details on the internet through their website. Honestly the car sold itself, but what really sold me was how everyone was so friendly and willing to make you feel right at home without being too pushy. Mr. Robert Weisgal introduced himself as Mr. Wiseguy, and was friendly as can be. He was kind enough to answer any questions I had and I was able to test drive the car the same day of my first visit. I really only wanted to see what this new 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 looked like, & of course I knew once I sat it in, the deal was done! My other encounters with the Director of Finance, Mr. Adil Zidouhia, Miss Jaden Batten, Mr. Dave Zupkosky & Mr. Casey Cash made me realize that I was definitely making the right choice. Even after I purchased the vehicle, I had to call Robert because of an issue I had and on his day off he immediately texted me Dave's number from the Service Department and before I can ever even give Dave a call, I received a call from him letting me know everything was taken care of, thanks Dave. Now, that's customer service!!! And by the way, let me not forget to mention the valet guys...I don't know their correct titles, but Pablo who received me was courteous, kind and very professional & last but not least. there was a very nice lady in the retail department(forgive me for not remembering her name) who was quite helpful & very friendly, helping me look at whatever I wanted to shop for. And as a woman, as most of you know...we love to shop!!! Thank you for you kindness. I have to admit, if I ever want to change careers, I would definitely consider working for such a prestigious corporation as the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Tampa Fl. Thank you once again to each & every one of you for making this buying process a very smooth & exciting one. I love my new Car!!! PHENOMENAL IS AN UNDE HOLA EVERYONE The following is not only a review of the dealership, but of one of the most amazing life changing experiences. PHENOMENAL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! This wasn’t about just purchasing a vehicle, however, it is about Jerry Cardine and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Tampa made a lifelong dream come true. In August 2013, I was involved in a serious total loss auto accident in my 2006 Honda Civic that had 200k miles on it. I had just dropped $1k into it. Credit challenged and living in Orlando, I got rejected at Toyota for a new/used Corolla and Camry, and at Kia for a new/used Optima. I got rejected for other used cars due to credit. I felt like I was going to be without wheels and ended up paying for a rental car for over 2 ½ months! I was running out of money fast! One night in my Chevy Cruze rental vehicle, in Tampa, I decide to take a break around 10:30 at night and look in the Mercedes Benz of Tampa dealership. After all, dreaming of owning a Mercedes half my life doesn’t cost anything, and it’s motivating. Jerry comes out of the dealership and asks how I’m doing. He was finalizing a deal with another high-end client late at night. I explain to him my story. He asks what type of car and I tell him I’ve dreamed of having a c250 coupe white with red leather interior. He hands me his card and tells me he will find the rare vehicle for me and gives me optimism to get out of my rental. 2 days later he finds a 2013. It gets sold. Then on another trip he shows me a paper with specs of a 2014 white with red leather c250 coupe. There are only 4 with red leather in the country. We work on numbers with Zack the finance specialist. Both Jerry and Zack went through about 15 different banks trying to get me approved and THEY MADE A MIRACLE HAPPEN! Jerry’s professionalism and extraordinary customer service was FLAWLESS. He treated me like a VIP, no pressure at all, and didn’t stereotype me for having horrible credit like other dealers had done. He even assisted me with getting my rental vehicle back to the airport. I never thought after an auto accident, being in a rental vehicle, feeling hopeless, that a consultant would change my life, confidence, and end up in a dream vehicle. Jerry made the entire experience from start to finish feel gratifying and the level of detail impeccable. Like I stated earlier, this wasn’t about just purchasing a vehicle, or for him to sell another vehicle. This was about making a lifelong goal and dream come true, and giving a spectacular memorable customer experience. All of this is why I would recommend Jerry and the rest of the team at Mercedes Benz of Tampa to everyone. More
I told Mark Gray what car I was looking for with certain specifications and when a car became available I was notified, which was quite quickly, actually. I received a happy, excited call that they had a couple of cars that fit my request. We went over the specs on each, and he helped me decide which car was best for me per my spec requests. I gave him my financial information and by that afternoon was told to come in that I was ready to pick up my new car. I went into the dealership, met Mark Gray, reviewed the car he called me about, it was/is great. I accepted the offer, signed with Finance Dept.,which was a quick process and not a long drawn out one. Then, got trained by Dorothy in Delivery to understand / learn / FIND the proper functions and buttons and computer components the car has to offer. She also told me that there were videos on HOW TO ... which I am working on. She made me feel comfortable driving out of the dealership with some knowledge of how to operate my new car. The process from beginning to end was quick, professional and courteous. Everyone was so pleasant to work with, and everyone you walked by, greeted you with a smile. It was nice to see everyone happy, it was a HAPPY environment. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you for your professionalism, and making the purchase of this car smooth and painless. Tom Franki was very helpful with our questions and our concerns. He was able to point out the differences between Mercedes SUV models which helped us make a final decision.
