I came into Mercedes-Benz of Tampa not sure if I would like the new E-350 but I was greeted with a smile by Andrew. My experiance with this dealership was great. I had been intrested in a commercial vehicle for a couple of months. Alex Marrero worked with me on finding the right vehicle for my needs. Treated like royalty!!! Miguel was very straight forward and did not waste our time. Everyone was friendly and treated us with great respect. Miguel was very knowledgeable and even stated that he researched and did not waste our time. Everyone was friendly and treated us with great respect. Miguel was very knowledgeable and even stated that he researched more into the Volvo we were purchasing when he was waiting for us to show up for our appointment. Miguel went over the Volvo with a fine toothed comb and returned my call after we purchased the Volvo and set an appointment for maintenance to take care of a small issue. Lorenzo in financing was awesome, very honest and did not push for extras that we were not interested in. I felt well respected and for the first time in many car purchases, I will be back to their dealership for scheduled maintenance because of their professionalism. More
