From the moment I walked in the door, I had someone greeting me with a smile. I was introduced to Mr. Shedrick Payne, who was very respectful of the fact that I came there looking for another rep. I then asked Mr. Payne if he would answer a few questions about the vehicles I was interested in, and he did not hesitate. He was patient, not pushy/aggressive, pleasant, and most of all, very knowledgeable. He later introduced me to Mr. Adil (Adam) Zidouhia to discuss financing. Adam was also very patient with me while I asked him a thousand questions about vehicle coverage and financing. No matter how many times I asked him to "redo" the numbers, he would redo them until I was satisfied. So in the end, both Shedrick's and Adam's patience and honesty, helped make my decision to join the "Mercedes Benz Family" an easy one. Thank You More
