After visiting the lexus dealer down the street and leaving not only unsatisfied, in my old car, and feeling like a second class citizen, we were driving by and decided lets just go LOOK at the new GLK leaving not only unsatisfied, in my old car, and feeling like a second class citizen, we were driving by and decided lets just go LOOK at the new GLK for my fiancé as the past 4 miserable hours had been all about me and my quest for a new car. From the second my fiancé and I walked on the lot we we greeted and treated like family. Kern came up and it was like seeing an old friend. He was elated to help us find the the car we needed not try to SELL me something I don't. After 4 test drives of just about every model on the lot he never pushed me or even asked me to buy the car. (Probably the part that sold me the most) I sell real estate so my car is more than a car to me. It is an extension of who I am, and gives an impression to future clients, its also my office. Traditionally leasing for my profession has always been unavailable and impractical due to the amount of driving we do. Kern took the time to educate us on the new way of leasing and the way that would work best for our situation and budget. He had us meeting with the leasing manager for all of our questions and there were a lot. My mind was blown. Its that care and relationship that I've been longing for with buying cars. We spent the whole rest of the day at the dealership and then came back the next day to drive the new C250 for myself and ended up special ordering one. I sold my car and they gave me a loaner to drive while I waited on my new one to arrive. Ive never been so happy to buy a car and will continue to buy mercedes from Kern. The relationship with a trusted advisor is what its all about for me, the car is just an added bonus. More

I was in the market for a "gently" used roadster. I did my research and over the past weeks had visited several dealerships as well as a few private sellers. I stopped into MBOT early on a roadster. Chris Pellitier was outstanding. He had a thorough knowledge of the product and was able to answer my questions and present all the benefits of the vehicle without "selling it" to me. Chris walked me through the Service Department (prior to me even agreeing to purchase the vehicle) and I met Pat McFarland who explained how the dealership had already handled all the maintenance on the vehicle that I was looking at; as well as the procedure for having the vehicle serviced there in the future. During the process Chris presented me with information---he didn't try to steer me into one particular vehicle. I didn't feel like I was being shoehorned into one of the vehicles that the dealership had available that day. He made sure that I had the information that I wanted--and the decision was up to me. No pressure. Finance and Delivery were likewise efficient, organized and painless. Zach and Jackie walked me through everything and I never felt rushed or concerned that something had been overlooked. Very impressive dealership. Would absolutely consider using again and would recommend to anybody in the area. More

We had worked with Simon in the past at the previous location and at that time was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the Mercedes product line. This time around (April 2013) he has again proven to be the professional that we enjoyed the first time. I believe what sets him apart from others is he is willing to go beyond the scope of selling a car, to really make sure you are comfortable with the entire purchase process and your final decision. We had originally gone in to buy a S550 and Simon immediately told us we could receive a great deal on one, but that the model was undergoing a major body style change. We decided we did not want to buy a vehicle that would "look old" in just a few months. So we placed an order for the 2014 . On the way out my wife saw a CLS550 which she had seen on the road several times before and really loved the look. We went back in and ask Simon about the car ended up loving it and driving the car off that same afternoon. We can't say enough how patient and non pressured Simon dealt with us and this being that we just walked in without notice that day! Adil was also extremely professional and very knowledgeable in the finance/lease options of the vehicle and again applied no pressure to purchase the "extras" that finance administrators so often tend to do.
