This was my first experience with a car dealership and it was a pleasant one. Pat handled all the documents over the phone and made sure everything was in order before I got to the dealership. I came all the way from Miami by train and Chris was waiting for me at the station ahead of time. Chris was kind and very honest during the test drive and finally Zack was very helpful with the final closing of the deal. My drive back home was as expected; the car was a pleasure to drive and did not complaint for a bit in all the 300 miles. They presented the car with a full tank and I was impressed by the efficiency of this 4.3 V8, it only used half of a tank, 22 mpg at 85 mph. Very friendly and professional team to work with. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, Jaden, and Jaleel. I purchased a 2010 C300 - CPO. This wasn't just your regular run of the mill used car experience. I felt as though I was being welcomed to Jaleel. I purchased a 2010 C300 - CPO. This wasn't just your regular run of the mill used car experience. I felt as though I was being welcomed to my long lost family. Everyone treated me with great respect and hospitality. I think I was introduced to every single person in the whole building! (exaggeration) There was no pressure at all on closing the deal. Chris gave me honest opinions and answers. He did not come across as a high pressure used car salesman. The deal that was worked was very fair in comparison to market value. Being as critical as I am, I can be hard to deal with. Any observation or tiny detail that I didn't like or noticed, Chris made right and brought to my satisfaction. Jaden was my delivery/product specialist. What can I say, she was great! Great personality, knowledgeable about the product, and cute as a button. What more could someone ask for when taking delivery of a new car? She went out of her way to get my vehicle set up with satellite radio and walked me through how to use it. She made sure everything was up to my satisfaction and standards. She is great! I worked with Jaleel on getting my new vehicle tinted with the nano tint. I felt zero pressure from him in making this decision. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and was able to offer me a great deal. He made the whole process smooth and even assisted in getting me into a Mercedes loaner. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy my vehicle for many months or years. It was in an accident caused by a drunk driver while it was parked. During this whole ordeal, the whole entire team at Mercedes of Tampa have been great to me! Chris is actively searching for a replacement vehicle, Jaden is ready to show me a new vehicle once delivered, and Jaleel is ready to work on getting tint on my new vehicle! Everyone is great down there and I look forward to getting into another Benz soon! This leasing experience was fantastic! I test drove the vehicle on a Sunday and felt no pressure to buy at that time. I was given a complete tour of the facility and met several of the employee's who were all so friendly. It was like I was not car shopping at all!
