When we first stopped in at Mercedes Benz of Tampa it was only to "look"! Michael Abrams came out to greet us...which was a stroke of luck! We liked the E350 that we had seen on the roads. Russell went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were looking to purchase two vehicles from his dealership. After finding one on his lot, he went to a fellow Courtesy dealership to arrange the second ve looking to purchase two vehicles from his dealership. After finding one on his lot, he went to a fellow Courtesy dealership to arrange the second vehicle to be transferred for me. Everything was extremely smooth from there on. We are now the proud owners to two vehicles because of Russell. Even after the transaction, we noticed a small issue with one of the vehicles front tires. Russell stepped up again and fixed the issue. I would highly recomment Russell to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

From start to finish my experience purchasing a new E350 convertible with the team at MB Tampa was above my expectations. While researching this car online, I submitted a request for information online. Louis Palmeri followed up quickly and persistently. He responded to questions without any pressure and made himself available late on a Friday when I decided to stop in on a whim. His excellent followup and easy demeanor is the reason that i took action. Louis took the time to explain the features and gave me options for other vehicles. We stayed past closing but the team never made me feel rushed or pressured. By the end of the evening I felt like part of the family. While I was ready to purchase, I needed to decide the best financing option. Louis provided several options and suggested that i consider leasing. Never having leased, i needed more information. Louis introduced me to Zach Kelly who provided an overview and was ready to walk me through the options in detail. I decided to take my time and discuss the alternatives with my accountant and frankly it was a lot of information to take in late on a Friday. The next day I called Zach who answered a few more questions and put me at ease with the leasing options. Louis offered to pick me up and Joey came to my home and provided good conversation and safe ride to the dealer. I came in to meet with the team and was very impressed as they really took the time to address any concerns. Zach was patient and thorough. He spent enough time with me detailing every scenario in a simple easy to compare way that provided me the comfort to make a good decision for my situation. Again I felt a genuine concern and eagerness to do what was best for me. The final step was the car overview and training which helped to get me started. I am impressed that after the purchase this team has continued to follow up with me to ensure I have a good understanding of the car options. Yesterday I received a call from my delivery rep to set a time to come out and set up the garage door opener. I've also talked to Louis a few times regarding additional services and he has been nothing short of accommodating. I am very happy with my new car but even more happy with my decision to walk into the Tampa dealership. Dave runs a great team and is welcoming and caring too. He leads by example. I first looked at Acura and Audi for a sport cross-over, but when I got to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, previewed their quality inventory, took an ML350 for a test drive, and had a professional like Chris to work with, it was done. Until I bought the Mercedes I had driven a 2001 Jeep Wrangler which made car shopping an unpleasant experience at other dealerships. Another Mercedes dealer in Tampa Bay area would not even greet me as I parked and walked around the lot on 2 different occasions. From the moment I stepped onto the property at Mercedes of Tampa I was treated like royalty! From the friendly greeters who open the door to the Manager Ed Jablon everyone treated me as a valued customer. I was so impressed with the Courtesy Auto Group that I had a scheduled maintenance for my FJ Cruiser at the Auto Way Toyota and switched ALL SERVICE to the Courtesy Toyota in Brandon, Florida. Rudy, the Service Manager at Toyota has been every bit as professional as the Mercedes group in Tampa! I WILL and have told everyone I know that if they need a new car to come to the Courtesy Group! I know I dressed like a guy who drives an old jeep but there is more to the story.
