I bought a used car at an awesome price but within miles of the dealership it began to act "funny". Uhm, yeah. Ha. And, it happened multiple times in a very short distance. Considering that I bought a relatively inexpensive used car, I somewhat feared a "low end" response, especially since I had purchased as-is with no warranty. But they treated me like a Mercedes customer : ) I can not over-emphasize the excellent service I received and overwhelming courtesy of the staff. Keith took extra pains to follow up with me during and after the period of time they had the car. John Kidd, from their used car services team, was AMAZING; what an asset to the company! The problem was random and difficult to pinpoint as they were unable to recreate it (go figure). But, rather than waving it off, they provided services indicated by my description to correct what they never saw happen. I've been driving my little cream-puff ever since and it is a problem-free pleasure now! Seriously. I don't think you can go wrong choosing this dealership. I live on the opposite coast of Florida and plan to come here from now on if possible. More
