He was extremely accommodating, patient and friendly, going out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable with the process and the vehicle we selected. Jaden Batten, our product concierge, remembered us from our brief interaction in December! In just a few minutes she was able to tether our phone and ensure that we were familiar with the vehicle's features. Angelo Panico in Finance was very friendly and did not pressure us to purchase services that weren't a good fit for our needs. Best Service Guy! Rick Acosta I first met Rick when he did a thorough walk through of my second lease with Mercedes. He was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable of the car, and I left feeling very confident about all the ins and outs of my new lease! When I went in next, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Rick had moved over to the Service department. He is so friendly and always makes sure everything is ready for me. I never wait and a loaner is always ready to go if I require one. If I need a ride to the airport, he sets that up with perfection and always keeps me in the loop regarding my car when it's being serviced. All around great gentleman and highly recommended!! More
