Absolute superb experience working with Chris Pelletier as my wife and I were deciding if I wanted to trade in my 2004 Mercedes for a certified pre-owned model. Chris took the time to explain all of the details, pros and cons of a CPO model vice a new model. During the test drive, again the experience was truly top-notch. Even though he had a pre-set route which he was familiar with, Chris allowed me to drive a slightly different route so I could see how the car handled on roads and areas I drive every day. Jackie was very thorough and professional as she explained all of the new capabilities and "gadgets" of my new purchase. No question was too dumb, and nothing was over-looked or glossed over. I left the dealership with a very complete understanding of how the navigation, audio and communication systems worked. The bottom line is: The entire selection & purchasing process was very professional, and made me feel like a "valued customer"; not just some guy MB of Tampa was looking to sell a car to. I will definitely recommend this particular Mercedes-Benz dealership to anyone I come across looking to find out more about owning a new or certified pre-owned MB. More

I had a great experience at Mercedes of Tampa. Best yet a great part due to my experience dealing with Neil Ognibene. We first started coming to MB of Tampa when we moved here and Dave Zupkosky did a great job in the Service Dpt. I came in for service this past week and met Simon Tickett. I was impressed with his thorough knowledge of all the models and especially the AMG's. I was driving an AMG SL65 when I came in. First of all not only is Simon knowledgeable concerning Mercedes vehicles but he comes across as very honest and a straight shooter. He immediately establishes a trust factor which is rare in a typical car salesman. He impressed me and always went away and came back with all the details about anything I asked. He also follows up by email and you can communicate with him by email if you want to. I am in business and so communication is very important to me and he is always available. He carries an IPHONE so he can immediately see your text messages or email. After meeting with him twice he helped me obtain the car I really wanted. If it had not been for him I would not be driving one of the cars of my dreams. I would recommend Simon Tickett to all of my friends and business associates. Michael offered a test drive of the vehicle I was looking at. He explained every little detail about the vehicle and demonstrated to me all the features of it. We agreed on a price on the vehicle and I didn't have any second thoughts on the price of the vehicle because I knew I was receiving the best deal. Michael stayed with me through the whole purchase process. All the paperwork was done very quickly and it was a painless process. The delivery of the vehicle was exceptional and all of the features were explained again by the delivery person.
