I purchased a 2011 BMW online from Mercedes Benz of Tampa on or about 9/9/11. I paid all vehicle taxes and registration fees to register in the state of New Mexico. The temporary tag that came with the vehicle has expired and there is no evidence the vehicle has been registered in NM as the dealership is required to do. The state needs a copy of the title so they can reissue another in NM. In short, I have a temporary tag that has expired and I'm currently illegally operating the vehicle. I have worked tirelessly with various employees of the dealership to resolve to no avail. They are very poor at returning emails/calls and escalating to their management does not seem to help. Absolute nightmare and I will never do businessess with this dealership again. More

He introduced me to the service manager and made sure the problem was found and then more than made up for the dropped ball I earlier reported/rated. THANK YOU MBofTB!!!! (BTW it was a broken seal on the return fuel line...fixed) Give Bernie a raise he deserves it! **UPDATE: MBofTB have contacted me and we are discussing the problem...marks are moving up. I was told they are a reputable dealership, maybe it was just a mistake or oversight that caused this issue. I purchased a used car "as-is" and understand what that means, but before signing the papers I brought to the attention of the dealership that the vehicle had a strong fuel smell in the car and I was told they would not do anything about it. I did some research and found that topping off the tank can cause this, and then took the car to my local mechanic. They told me the likely problem was the charcoal filter and to take it back to MB of Tampa since I have had the car less than a month. Since the fuel smell has gotten worse, I called MB of Tampa as suggested and was told the manager who can make the decision was not in and they would call me back the following day with information. I called again to follow up a couple days later and was told, my call was not expected we need to find your file and we will contact you later. After I was not called back I placed another call, left a voice message and have not been called back. I am only asking for someone who can make a decision to speak with me and work this issue out but right now they seem to think that it is ok to shuffle me off as though I will get tired of trying and go away. I am not asking that they take care of cosmetic issues, but make it so I can drive the car without the fear of passing out from being poisoned by the gas fumes. We could probably resolve this issue quickly if someone would take the time to speak with me, but I am not receiving that minimum courtesy. I was so pleased with my service buying the car, but it is the service you receive after that really tells what a company is made of....and right now they are really showing their true colors. The new owners are fantastic - everyone is so friendly, helpful and so community active. I love the Cafe they sponsor and they also wash my car when I stop by. I purchased it in 2010 and absolutely love it. To date it's my favorite car - which might be influenced by how much I like everyone at the dealership. It's fun just to visit. And I have already recommended them to friends. More
I was greeted by someone even before I walked in the door and was immediately referred to a salesman who showed me both of the cars I was interested in. This was after their closing time on a Sunday afternoon saving me from a return trip. The whole process was easy and enjoyable and I left with the AMG coupe I went in for. More

I spoke to Adrian Sanderson about the trade-in value on my car, and when he and his manager, Tom Fallon, showed me one of the last 2011 S classes on the lot, I was intrigued......especially after they quoted me a great lease deal. I was still a little tentative about leasing the S-550 until I test-drove the car. That experience sealed the deal, but Adrian's and Tom's assistance and expertise were integral to the comfort level I had making this significant purchase decision! More

This individual, showed commitment to us, because we have tested, several cars, followed up by calling in several days into the mix, and I think the most important quality in his job acumen, is that he presented himself as being flexible.
