If you are going to buy a Benz, come to Tampa. I bought my new GLC 300 from this dealership after doing a lot of research. Cary called me to help set up an appointment, while I missed it. I picked I bought my new GLC 300 from this dealership after doing a lot of research. Cary called me to help set up an appointment, while I missed it. I picked up a day and went ahead to see the car. Tony is the person who treated me very well and helped me find a possible best price I can get with Tom. Tom is a "tough" manager though, but he was nice and gave me a really good price. After that, Jerry helps me with the paperwork and Jaden teaches me all the features of the car. The whole experience is really pleasant, and people are really awesome and friendly. I would like to give special thanks to Jaden and Tony, as she went extra steps helping me with the Bluetooth and tire alignment (no complaints). She is fantastic. If you are going to buy a Mercedes, come to these people and you won't regret! More

Awesome because of preparation prior to arrival and ease through the process. The knowledge and honesty displayed by Johnathan was a rare find in this age of sales. Moe Awada in finance is equally fantastic. He is the best finance person I have encountered. It was not about the numbers as much as it was about creating a favorable situation for us. Mr. Awada cared about "us" and looked out for our best financial interest, which is also a rarity. Lastly, Brett Tatum is fantastic in my book just for having the quality individuals mentioned working with him. The most important thing to me was that Brett took the time for one final "thumbs up" from us as we learned from the concierge ( who was also fenomenal but I can't remember her name ) all our new Benz could do with tech. Was greeted immediately by courteous front desk staff. Salesmen Bruno Santelli and alternately Arnell Howard listened carefully to what we were looking for and showed us many options. Both Mr. Santelli and Mr. Howard showed great depth of product knowledge and professionalism. Never once did we feel pressured and we were able to find the right vehicle for us. Tim Barbeau was also great with all the usual paperwork avalanche that follows a transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
