I have purchased 6 vehicles from Joey and Mercedes. He knows the products he sells and he represents Mercedes of Tampa with the utmost professionalism. One suggestion to keep and/or promote customer loyalty is to give your sales staff (that deals with your sister dealership trades) the ability to close the deal. There seems to be a disconnect and as a result you lost my business. Joey and Ed are the reasons I buy, but your organization must give your used car sales force the tools to succeed...
