Wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle During our search for a GLC 300, we dealt with many dealerships across Florida and here in Central Florida. Our internet person was Bruno Santelli. We were unable to secure an OTD price and moved on to the next dealership. However, Thomas Fallon reached out to me and soon after I received an OTD price from Jared White. Bruno treated us exceptionally well. He is very knowledgeable about his job. JADEN wow! During the vehicle delivery, we were most amazed with her knowledge, patience in going over all the details of the vehicle. She helped select and setup the radio stations for us, seat adjustments, paired our phones, garage door, etc. This is a person who loves her job. She went above and beyond in making sure we understood our new vehicle. Jaden is a great asset to your organization. I could not be more pleased with everyone I worked with at your dealership. Great experience I was not looking to buy a Mercedes. I was just looking to buy a 7-passenger SUV. Visited other car dealerships but hadn't made my mind. My first int I was not looking to buy a Mercedes. I was just looking to buy a 7-passenger SUV. Visited other car dealerships but hadn't made my mind. My first interaction at Mercedes Benz of Tampa was a bit disappointing - I guess a new sales guy who really did not want to sell cars (name withheld). I asked for him to be replaced. Then came Bruno Santelli into the picture. Great guy. Knew a lot about the cars. Provided guidance and in no moment did I ever feel pressured to buy. He did such a great job that I agreed to test drive the GLS 550. I came back the next day and bought the car! Tim Barbeau was awesome during the arduous process of putting together the financial paperwork, etc. The manager, Tom Fallon, also did his bit to help. Throughout the transaction, Adil and Jonathan Welty treated me as though they had known me for many years, which resonated with me and is the reason I looked only to MB of Tampa when considering purchasing another vehicle. That said, I wanted to write regarding my recent experience this past Wednesday the 19th where I had the pleasure of again visiting the dealership.
