The car was ready when I got there, we hopped in it and took a drive and I knew it was the one I wanted. I asked him to see what he could do price wise and to email that to me bacause I had appointments that afternoon. I also asked him to check the cost of installing a backup camera because this was a feature I had in my previous car that was t in this one. He checked and then found me another car of the same make and model with less mileage (and in a color I liked better) that had the back up camera and some other options . He found this as I was on my way back to the dealership toward the end of the day, ready to sign the paperwork. I jumped in the second car and realized that it was the one for me. We redid all the paperwork and I got a great deal. Not only that, Jonathan and the finance managers made it fun with their senses of humor and great personalities. I have posted about my great experience in social media, which I never do.. I will recommend Jonathan to everyone o know who is trying to buy a car. More

Outstanding impression thanks to Mr. Antonio Ciraco While visiting my parents in Tampa. I told my Dad I was considering getting an S series because I wanted a nice car along with my ML, SLK and wife’s While visiting my parents in Tampa. We walked in and most of the guy’s just glanced up and continued working at their desk. Mr. Ciraco jumped up and spent the next hour showing my Dad and I a nice 2017 S550 sedan. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and demonstrated many of the functions. So much so that now my Dad is even considering getting one. Antonio was very courteous and professional the complete time while we were visiting. I believe I have found the place I am going to purchase my next Mercedes. Once again it's probably the least expensive car on the lot at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. The letter quoted above is from Buno Santelli and it is sincere. It's also a reflection of great management. Bret Tatum, sales manager treated me the same way I imagine he treats customers shopping for a Maybach convertible. He always made time to take my calls and always returns email . I'm a senior citizen who lives in a retirement community of 120,00 people, The Villages. Tampa is a fairly long drive. For me, knowing that a respectful team who answers questions and calls me Sir takes the angst out of buying or leasing a new car. That' makes it worth the drive.
