Bret Tatum, sales manager treated me the same way I imagine he treats customers shopping for a Maybach convertible. He always made time to take my calls and always returns email . I'm a senior citizen who lives in a retirement community of 120,00 people, The Villages. Tampa is a fairly long drive. For me, knowing that a respectful team who answers questions and calls me Sir takes the angst out of buying or leasing a new car. That' makes it worth the drive.
