I had called to make an appointment with Bruno to test drive a specific vehicle, and as soon as I showed up, he was right there with the vehicle ready and all kinds of documentation and paperwork about the vehicle ready for me. He explained the purchase and trade in process, and acknowledged all of my questions and concerns effortlessly. We negotiated a deal both of us felt comfortable with, and he was able to be there every step of the way. When working with Bruno, you know you're going to get the upmost respect, loyalty, and professionalism every time. Smart car oil change Waiting room was very comfortable, free coffee was nice. In Buffalo New York we get free snacks. But that's okay.
