Robert was very proactive and concerned with making sure the used Mercedes that we picked was in excellent condition. After negotiating a deal he discovered that there were repairs required and he stated that he would not feel comfortable selling us the car. Later, we were very happy to learn that Robert was able to arrange the repairs (at no extra cost) and get the car into top condition before we bought it.
