Car was misrepresented I purchased a 2011 Maserati Online from Tampa Bay Mercedes for $57,000. I asked Mark if there were any issues were the car and it was represented tha I purchased a 2011 Maserati Online from Tampa Bay Mercedes for $57,000. I asked Mark if there were any issues were the car and it was represented that there were not. Based upon the pictures and Mark's assurances as well as the reputation of Mercedes of Tampa Bay I purchased the car. When I picked the car up at the airport the rear stereo speaker was not working properly and crackled. I dropped the car back off on a Thursday and was assured by Mark the used car manager would call me the next day to discuss the issue. It is now the following Wednesday and I have never received a call from the used car manager. I sent a text to Mark on Monday at 3:08 pm requesting and update that was not responded to. I sent another text on Wednesday at 9:32 that replied he would have the used car manager call and it's now 12:20 on Wednesday and no calls or text update. More

I can't imagine working with a better dealership or a better group of people. I couldn't be happier with my baby :) My Experience: I am from Coral Gables, FL, and began my car shopping online. I knew I wanted a CPO 2015 GLK and contacted every single Florida dealership. I even visited several South FL dealerships to view inventory and test drive vehicles. But I flew one-way from Miami, up north to Tampa, to give this particular dealership my business because of Bruno Santelli. He was phenomenal! He was there from start to finish of this long-distance purchase. He was patient with me as I tried to find the right car and always made himself available for any questions or concerns. He made the car buying process fun, simple, and stress-free. He even picked me up from the airport when I arrived. Once the purchase process began, I interacted with two other wonderful employees of yours: Mary Johnson and Tim Barbeau. Tim ensured I understood all the paperwork and charges. He, too, was patient with me as I read the paperwork and asked questions. And he was able to help me obtain a maintenance package, which was an option I hadn't previously considered. After payment was made and documents signed, I was introduced to Mary. Mary walked me through the ins & outs of my new car, going over the various buttons, controls, and functions. When we realized my phone couldn't be completely "hands-free," she mailed me a car stand, which I have already received. More

After negotiating a deal he discovered that there were repairs required and he stated that he would not feel comfortable selling us the car. Later, we were very happy to learn that Robert was able to arrange the repairs (at no extra cost) and get the car into top condition before we bought it.
