Best Experience ever! We purchased a new 2017 GLE350 Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Tampa 2 days ago. We were very lucky to meet Bruno Santelli at M.B Tampa, (first over the We purchased a new 2017 GLE350 Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Tampa 2 days ago. We were very lucky to meet Bruno Santelli at M.B Tampa, (first over the phone and then through emails) who guided us through the entire process. First, Bruno picked us up on their huge lot with a small SUV and we toured the entire lot seeing all the new inventory that had arrived overnight along with all the other vehicles, new and used. Bruno gave us all the latest updated info on the new SUV's since we were trading in our 2013 ML350 and our 2000 CLK. While were were touring the facility , searching for our perfect vehicle, Bruno had his manager accessing our trades to see what the trade in value would be. (No wasting of our time) We found a perfect Black on Black with all the extras we wanted and by the time we came back in to Bruno's office, his manager had given us a trade value on the other 2. Bruno worked very hard to get us what we needed and bring the price in at what we wanted to pay. This deal went without a hitch,...Perfectly seamless! Many people worked together to make sure that we could drive our new car home that same day. We will recommend Bruno Santelli and M.B. of Tampa to everyone we know. 3 years ago we had purchased an M.B from a different dealership in the Clearwater area and we had nothing but problems, we had to deal with some very unprofessional people who we feel did not treat us with the respect we deserved. We swore that we would never deal with them again. We're so happy that we met Bruno and we will continue to do business with him and M.B Tampa. More

We Could Not Have Met Any Friendlier Salesman. I e-mailed some Internet website about my interest in a 2017 GLA 250 SUV. Very early the next morning, I received a telephone call from Antonio Cirac I e-mailed some Internet website about my interest in a 2017 GLA 250 SUV. Very early the next morning, I received a telephone call from Antonio Ciraco. Little did I know that he has sent me an e-mail, too.
