Factory recall On Monday, the 6th of November, I had an appointment to resolve an issue related to a wire harness. This problem was resolved right on time. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Darrell Washington. This gentleman took care of the problem for me. It (the problem) was resolved right away. When the car was returned to me, it was sparkling clean, inside and out. I would recommend this company to everybody. They are great!!! More

Jaden Batten was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and exceeded all of my expectations. Angelo Panico also made the financing portion easy and seamless. I make my living in Dealership Management and I can tell you that this place is special. My Salesperson (Jonathan Welty) was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. The Sales Manager (Ron Surette) was welcoming, fair and friendly. Finance Manager (Chris Cooprider) was friendly and efficient. We purchased a Certified 2014 ML 350. This will be our go-to dealership for future vehicles. More

how can i be sure you did what you said you did My car was scheduled for service A3. I called on Thursday 11/03 to schedule a drop off on Friday 11/04 at 530pm and to pickup on Saturday. I dropp My car was scheduled for service A3. I called on Thursday 11/03 to schedule a drop off on Friday 11/04 at 530pm and to pickup on Saturday. I dropped off my car at 520pm on Friday and got a ride home. On Saturday, i waited for an update but received none so I called the service department at 3:54pm. When I spoke with the service advisor, he seemed to have forgotten about my car and did not have a status update. He stated that he needed to call me back to advise. At 4:08pm he called me back to advise that the car would be ready at 5pm. I advised that I would be there at 5pm to pickup the vehicle. When I arrived at 5pm to pickup the car, the service adviser was either not available or had left for the day, which is probably best since he seemed to "cop an attitude" with me on the second call. I cashed out with another adviser. When the transaction was completed, I stood there staring at the advisor and had to ASK for my car keys. I then go to my car and discovered that it had not been cleaned and was still quite dirty. I turned on the windshield wiper and discovered that the fluid tank was empty. I checked my invoice and found that I had been charged $4.50 for the washer fluid. So I'm not sure what had happened, did they refill and there was a leak that drained the fluid OR did they just not bother to do anything and charge me anyway. There was also a crack in the driver side front fog lamp that I was told would be changed. On the invoice, it shows that the lamp was replaced at no cost, a courtesy for being late i assume, but guess what - the broken lamp is still mounted on the car and was not replaced. So my issue is: 1. no status call/no update on vehicle repair status or cost of the service. 2. the car was very dirty at pickup 3. the windshield washer fluid was not filled, but shows on the invoice 4. the driver side fog lamp is STILL BROKEN the question remains, Can they be trusted with my car? Can they be trusted period? More
