New Purchase GLE350 I purchased my new GLE350 via internet sales specialist Chad Close. He was so easy to work with and gave me a great price. Grace, the product concie I purchased my new GLE350 via internet sales specialist Chad Close. He was so easy to work with and gave me a great price. Grace, the product concierege was wonderful. She explained in detail all the tech and ells and whistles of the car. She made it a fun experience. The only option missing from my car that I wanted was the running boards. Chad scheduled to have them installed by service. I dropped my car today and got my loaner. Eric Gonzalez in service had me in and out in minutes. Great experience all around!! More

Ant problem damage to vehicle. My car smells like fumigations so bad, i can not drive it. I went to inspect it in the daylight today and found, yes you fixed the damage to my rear b My car smells like fumigations so bad, i can not drive it. I went to inspect it in the daylight today and found, yes you fixed the damage to my rear bumber, but you also damaged the front right undercarriage. I drove straight from the dealership to my parking garage. I expect more from mercedes. Why not just fix it instead of hiding it for me to find. I am apalled. I returned the vehicle that was a loaner, although in an accident caused ny someone else in better condition. I expect this to be taken care of immediately. I dont know how you plan to get the fumes out which are dangerous and causing vision , breathing, and migraines, but this needs to be taken care of. More
