Ant problem damage to vehicle. My car smells like fumigations so bad, i can not drive it. I went to inspect it in the daylight today and found, yes you fixed the damage to my rear bumber, but you also damaged the front right undercarriage. I drove straight from the dealership to my parking garage. I expect more from mercedes. Why not just fix it instead of hiding it for me to find. I am apalled. I returned the vehicle that was a loaner, although in an accident caused ny someone else in better condition. I expect this to be taken care of immediately. I dont know how you plan to get the fumes out which are dangerous and causing vision , breathing, and migraines, but this needs to be taken care of. More

In each of these previous experiences the actual time of car delivery was lengthy to say the least. With MB of Tampa, I negotiated my deal via the phone. Efficient and to the point. No hassles. Upon arrival to the dealership, my car and sales person were ready to GO! Total length of time in the dealership for car delivery was under 2 hours. Fantastic. More

Then, once it was replaced, within a week, the tire took on another nail. It seemed crazy, and yet it was true, and Rick stuck with me, and with it to get to the bottom of the problem, and get me safely back on the road! More
