The service manager, BobNet, was excellent! Over the phone, I talked to Mr Net and he asked me questions about my car and I told him what I wanted. He was courteous and knowledgeable and arranged next day replacement of a rear shock absorber and air filters, giving me a quote over the phone and keeping with the figure. When the mechanic had the car up, Mr. Net brought me out to show me the leaking shock. He also gave me a free loaner car for the day. First Time Visitor We have recently moved from Fort Myers to Spring Hill. We found that the Tampa dealership was our closest Mercedes dealer. We were visited twice at home by Roadside Assistance (Fernando and then Jesus). Both technicians were courteous and helpful. When the problem with the car surfaced again, Jesus recommended that we visit the dealership. He contacted a service agent for us. When I arrived at the dealership, Rick was waiting for me. He arranged for a loaner, took our vehicle and reported back several hours later. A faulty battery was the cause of our distress. It was replaced and the car was cleaned inside and out. We picked it up the next day. Rick was not working that day, but he had arranged for us to take our car. The staff was efficient, helpful and courteous. We will be back for our next scheduled service! More
Lack of communication I was given a courtesy car for a one day repair of the driver's seat. Was asked to bring it in on a Wednesday instead of Saturday so a dedicated techn I was given a courtesy car for a one day repair of the driver's seat. Was asked to bring it in on a Wednesday instead of Saturday so a dedicated technician could work on it. My car was not finished when I came to pick it up and I was told it was because the technician was working on other cars while working on mine. That's not a dedicated technician. When I called asking about the progress I always had to leave voice mail which was only returned after I showed up in person. My service writer even went so far as to suggest that in the future I see a different service.person other than him! Not a problem! I didn't ask for him in the first place and I certainly wouldn't deal with him again after the lack of communication I experienced. More
