Lost keys We arrived home from our summer house and could not find the keys to my GLC350 anywhere... we carefully "hid" them way too well. After tearing the ho We arrived home from our summer house and could not find the keys to my GLC350 anywhere... we carefully "hid" them way too well. After tearing the house apart looking for the keys, my husband contacted Dan Willing. Dan worked with us to replace one key-- Mercedes is very cautious about this and Dan had to vouch for us. He ordered the key which arrived from Tx in two days. Dan came to our house and installed it for us on his way home from work. Now that's SERVICE!!! He took a stressful situation for us and made it into a positive experience. We have had outstanding service from this dealership and we really appreciate it. More
