Bruno was very efficient and professional, when I inquired for the best price of a specific car that I saw online, he immediately gave me a good price to work with unlike other dealerships who gave me a run around. He is also a strategic thinker, he asked me if I always lease my cars, which tells me that he is also taking into consideration potential long-term business relationship. I am a serial leaser, I lease every 36 months. When I visited the dealership and sat down with Bruno, he immediately asked me what is my goal. I gave him my target numbers and explained to him how I arrived with those numbers. He went inside to discuss with his manager James Berger. To my surprise, James invited me to his office and showed me the software that they use for leasing. I am a software guy so I was able to follow. Together, we tinkered with the numbers and came pretty close to my target. I was still not ready to sign the lease because I was holding my ground to hit my goal. James tinkered the numbers again and this time he came very close to my target numbers so I sealed the deal the next day. This is a classic example of getting it done in an efficient, transparent, and professional manner resulting into a very happy customer here! More
