Great experience buying two new cars The best part of the experience was working with Jaden. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about doing a good job. After working working with Raphael, who was not very strong at what he does, Jaden made it a very good experience. She may be the b st employee of the dealership I have worked with since I bought my first car there in 1985. Adil did a very thorough job working through various finance questions and options. I found him very helpful and knowledgeable. Mark stayed glued to the issues that popped up after i bought the car. Overall, buying two cars that are very complicated, Jaden was the star of the show. Fantastic & attentive. Dave Z. once again acceded my expectations...I called him with a problem and he fit me in and was able not only to have the vehicle fixed within 24hou Dave Z. once again acceded my expectations...I called him with a problem and he fit me in and was able not only to have the vehicle fixed within 24hours but provided me with a loner car in order for me to maintain a very hectic schedule. In addition met Tom Fallon who intrigued me with an offer to upgrade my E350 prior to the lease expiration. Salesman Robert Weisgal also worked diligently to hit my numbers, which again, was above and beyond. We'll see how he comes back on that very special "white" coupe I liked :-)!
