With my prior Mercedes Ellen was not my service advisor and I kept getting switched around because people were leaving so when I purchased my new car I noticed that she has been there for quite sometime and I personally requested her to be my service advisor and I am so glad that I did. Do not let her leave! More

I paid $154 to have my car vacuumed. The valet's were the best part of the experience, they were polite and friendly. Service guy was not that terribly friendly, but that did not stop him from adding a bogus "supplies charge" on my bill, which was removed after I complained. And by the way. the diagnostics told me nothing that my personal mechanic did not already suspect without the diagnostics. More
