While I had a good experience with my service rep, Derrell, I am disappointed to say that the scheduling experience with Gary was not so pleasant. In fact, he bordered on rude. Someone should school him in how to deal with the customer more pleasantly! Having spent many years working in a service business I was shocked to be treated as I was. This is the first (and I hope only) negative experience I've had at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. It trust someone will help this gentleman to be more pleasant. More
