First Class Service I had a clicking noise with my 3 month old G63 AMG that the original tech "could not duplicate", which if anyone who has owned a nice car before, know I had a clicking noise with my 3 month old G63 AMG that the original tech "could not duplicate", which if anyone who has owned a nice car before, knows that these are the last things you want to hear when you know there is an issue with your car that needs to be resolved. Multiple trips to bring your new car in for service isn't exactly what I wanted to do, as that is part of the reason why you buy new to begin with. However thanks to my superstar salesman Simon Tickett and service manager Fernando Muniz, they both somehow made a really frustrating problem a positive resolution. As soon as Simon knew there was a problem with my new car, he involved Fernando. Fernando personally took me aside, listened to my concerns and simply said "Ill take care of it". He also made sure I had a nice new E Class to drive due to the inconvenience, which was very nice. A few days later (with plenty of updates in between), my G63 is perfect again, fully detailed and waiting for me to pick up. To top it off, Simon called me the next day to make sure I was OK and happy. I couldn't ask for better service. You can buy a new Benz anywhere, you cannot buy this level of service and attention to detail. Thanks guys you are truly the best. More
Why are Smart Cars Perfect for The Villages, Florida Sales Manager Brett Tatum I want to thank you for sending Bruno Santelli and Johnathan Welty along with 2 New Smart Cars to our Smart Car Club in The Sales Manager Brett Tatum I want to thank you for sending Bruno Santelli and Johnathan Welty along with 2 New Smart Cars to our Smart Car Club in The Villages, Florida. The team made it very clear that they were here to answer questions and assure us, as Johnathon put it, "We have a guy" at Mercedes Tampa. I think that Good Will goes a long way especially with seniors. We have probably each bought 10-20 cars for ourselves and also helped our kids and relatives make decisions. We appreciate their respect and patience and I am sure that feeling will be shared with many other Villagers. I have heard we are up to 150,000 over 55 seniors and still growing in population and size. Yesterday I wanted to get the presentation early and as I was driving I was listening to our Governor telling us to prepare for Hurricane Matthew. Get food, batteries and and fuel. Seniors are the first to take this kind of advice seriously and this may account for some who cancelled. Your men were preaching to the choir and I think I can help find others. Here's why in The Villages a Smart Car is a Smarter Choice: 1] The 2017's are wider but not longer so you can put one in front of your golf cart in the garage. Villagers average 3 moves within the Villages and one of the moves is to house with an additional golf cart garage. The real estate commision alone is sometimes more than the price of a Smart Car. So buying a Smart Car solves the problem without upsizing or the stress of moving. Villagers can have 2 cars, one big and one little so you can make separate appointments and have a golf cart too. 2] The Village's newest section and newest golf course will be even further south. We are a golfing community and for most Villages you can only reach the new course by car. The residents in that part of town will need cars also to reach the Town Squares, most of the shopping and doctors. Currently it takes about an hour in a golf cart from end to end, criss crossing using under street tunnels. If you want to golf everyday it's smart to drive to the course in a car, in half the time at the least crowded courses on the oldest courses in the north end. I walk the course because the short courses are less than a mile and half long but I don't need to. The average house has more than 1 golf cart so I can just jump into someone else's cart when I don't feel like walking. Golf carts are expensive, not too comfortable or very safe. Each year there many golf cart accidents, some fatal. Golf carts are not designed to go very fast and can tip over. After a while the novelty wears off, the cart paths in the winter are crowded and the cart resale prices are low. Electric golf carts are down in sales because they cannot go the distance. The gas golf carts are smelly and loud especially in the tunnels. The Smart Car gets about the same gas milage. On a hot day after a round, you put on the AC, the radio and have a smooth drive home. In the winter when it in the 50's, you drive home in a warm car. Rain is never an issue. With a car you get to play more golf on more courses. Most of the courses are free. 3] As Johnathon and Bruno pointed out the newest Smart Cars don't just look safer they are safer. I am not comfortable driving 65mh in my 2013 but I might feel differently in the wider car. But that's not why I like the car. I like it because it's fun to drive, sporty in a nerdy sort of way and it's easy to get in and out. It feels like a big car inside and friends are quite surprised. Every time I see another Smart Car driving by I get a wave and a smile because they feel the same way I do. The closest thing to living in the Villages is living on campus. Back then we all hitchhiked, bummed rides and biked. At this point in our lives why not have something cool to drive that doesn't cost $40k. Your reps did an excellent job of explaining the various ways you can help get our cars to Tampa for service. Once again thank-you and your team for all your support. Tom Wedlick More

Great Dealership, People and Overall Experience! I came in simply to decide if I was going to purchase a used 2014 E550 from another dealer (a deal that was once step away from being fully consummate I came in simply to decide if I was going to purchase a used 2014 E550 from another dealer (a deal that was once step away from being fully consummated). I wanted to compare the power and ride of an E550 to that of an E350. The very next day, I ended up leasing a 2016 CPO E350 from my sales rep, Lamar Lewis. Lamar is very professional and pleasant but was a bit unforgiving negotiation wise (at least at the outset). To be fair to Lamar, I had been dealing with 4/5 different dealerships prior to visiting him and was not in a mood for any type of negotiation aka haggling. This is not to say that I did not get a spectacular deal nor that I would not buy from Lamar again (I would and I will), but I would have preferred a little less haggling. In the end, with much less friction or annoyance than I have had in the past with other dealers we arrived at a deal which was extremely on point. I received a very fair trade in value for my car and a remarkable lease deal. Then, when closing the transaction I met Adil Zidouhia (the Director of Finance, I believe). All I can say is WOW. He is not only personable and professional, but he really knows how to take care of customers! Between my incredible new ride, Lamar, Adil and the FREE SMOOTHIES--I am VERY SATISFIED with my overall experience at MB of Tampa. More

Unfortunately, my home AC was out, so I had to complete the paperwork quickly in order to meet the AC tech. Frank Vazquez and Chris Cooprider made it happen without a hitch. Those two guys are professionals. This is the second MB for our firm in two months, and my experience was better than my law partner in south Florida. Since we will be offering vehicle leases as part of our law firm's compensation package, you have my business. Glenn Gallagher More
