Worst service ever and my car still isn't fixed I picked my car up for the 2nd time and it was still not fixed. I was towed for questionable suspension problem. I was told it was a pump. I told them I picked my car up for the 2nd time and it was still not fixed. I was towed for questionable suspension problem. I was told it was a pump. I told them to fix it. I received call it was ready. When I picked up the car it was sluggish, the power on the navigation console wouldn't come on and the ac was not working properly, so I called the service center immediately. I was told to continue to drive for 15 min until the car reset. I made it 2 blocks away from the dealer when the car stopped. No power, won't crank. I called service center again they said they would send someone. I waited for almost 1 hour and 45 min for tow. Then they said I had to pay $350 for battery. The car was fixed. When I came to pick up the 2 nd time the car still is dropping on the tire so the pump did not fix the car and the radio, navigation,map, ect; still does not work. Ac still not working correctly either. I didn't have any of these problems before I brought my car in. I also have tried to make several complaints and they refuse to let me speak to whomever is in charge. To much money for repairs and my car is not only still broken but damaged. I received the worst service ever. More
