I live in Orlando, Florida, and began my search by looking at available I recently purchased a GLC 300 from Mercedes Benz of Tampa, Florida ("MBT"). I live in Orlando, Florida, and began my search by looking at available GLCs on various dealership websites. I was contacted immediately a MBT representative, Mark Sheets, who asked a few questions to determine what opportunities were available to me. Over the course of several days, he went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted, and for the price that worked best for me. His professionalism and individualized attention far exceeded that of the salespersons at other dealerships. When I informed him that I was worried to drive to MBT to pick up the car I selected, because of the age of the tires on the car I was trading in, he sought and received approval to drive my new car to me. It was, quite literally, the best service I have ever received during a large purchase transaction, and because of it, I would never buy a Mercedes anywhere other than MBT. Additionally, when I was wrapping up the financial package, the MBT finance representative (I can't remember his name) gave me tips and pointers for collecting fees the dealership that sold me my car owed me, which I would never have known about. Finally, I visited MBT on a trip to Tampa, and was greeted by Mark and a different financial representative, Kevin Cao, who made sure that I was still completely happy with my purchase. Before leaving, I picked up a coffee from the guest area, and had the pleasure to speak with an extremely kind and attentive barista. I couldn't be happier with this dealership, their services, and its staff. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would! More

CLA Service I just moved to the Tampa area and needed to get my MB serviced. This dealership was much nicer than my previous MB dealership in Ohio.
