CLA Service I just moved to the Tampa area and needed to get my MB serviced. This dealership was much nicer than my previous MB dealership in Ohio. The prices were better, the service was incredible and they even had a free coffee bar. Great team environment and Dan P was very helpful and attentive. I feel upset my old dealership was skimping on me. More

poor service after the sale after buying a second cargo van the service department could not fix the fan problem this new unit had and now I have to expend another 2 or 3 days to after buying a second cargo van the service department could not fix the fan problem this new unit had and now I have to expend another 2 or 3 days to be fixed at another dealer (orlando) as the service rep suggested. Also the older unit I purchase here have the SRS light on and the radio stoped working, but after 2 days holding the vehicle, I was told that those repairs are not included on the extended (full) warranty I purchase for 5 years. Sorry but I am not returning I request cancellation of the extended warranty I got with this new purchase. Waiting for the forms...... More
