poor service after the sale after buying a second cargo van the service department could not fix the fan problem this new unit had and now I have to expend another 2 or 3 days to after buying a second cargo van the service department could not fix the fan problem this new unit had and now I have to expend another 2 or 3 days to be fixed at another dealer (orlando) as the service rep suggested. Also the older unit I purchase here have the SRS light on and the radio stoped working, but after 2 days holding the vehicle, I was told that those repairs are not included on the extended (full) warranty I purchase for 5 years. Sorry but I am not returning I request cancellation of the extended warranty I got with this new purchase. Waiting for the forms...... More

Repair/maintenance Dustin as my service advisor is extremely helpful, explains costs implications and appreciates the fact that I had to spend that much on repair. Merce Dustin as my service advisor is extremely helpful, explains costs implications and appreciates the fact that I had to spend that much on repair. Mercedes repair costs are too high and requires too frequent repairs and routine maintenance compared to BMW. You hardly get any complimentary service apart from drinks in the waiting area! More

Then, later on in the month the car returned for a routine service B that Eric Gonzalez was more than efficient about getting the car in and out for not only the service B, but also an absolutely perfect full detail. This dealership is top of the line and my car will go to no other shop. Thanks again to both Bob Net and Eric Gonzalez. How many people do you know who are actually happy they had to bring their car in twice in a month? More
