Good Service Took my sprinter in for my scheduled maintenance. Dave was my rep. Very nice, was easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and if he didn't know, he investigated and got back to me with the answer, even hunted me down to get me the information I requested. I would have given a 5 star rating, but they did have one small screw-up. They asked if I wanted to wait another 40 minutes and get a free car wash. After waiting 40 minutes, they told me my car was ready. Went to my car and it hadn't been washed. Talked to Dave, he found out that there was miscommunication between the mechanic and the car wash team. They offered to give me a free detailed wash. Told them I didn't have time, they offered a free car detailed wash whenever I came in. I hate to complain about a free car wash, and I really am not, it was just the time I waited for nothing. More

I would encourage those in the Pasco area to visit this dealership as well. Since I have run-flat tires, I knew I could just continue driving to MB of Tampa. This was my first visit since getting my car 2 months ago. I pulled in and immediately someone was there to greet me and send me inside. Dan Willing was very efficient knowing that I had to get to work, and since they did not have my tire in stock, got me in to a loaner vehicle, and on my way. Picking up my car the next day was even faster! Such a great experience for a moment of disaster. More
