Service experience I loved my experience right when I arrived everything seemed to go smoothly, cars were directed in an organized manner. Only when things seemed confus I loved my experience right when I arrived everything seemed to go smoothly, cars were directed in an organized manner. Only when things seemed confusing was when I got inside I really didn't know where to go and who to talk to. No one approached me to ask if I needed help. I didn't know which representative to approach. My worst experience was when they finished with my car and called me at 6:29pm to come pick up my car knowing they closed at 6:30pm. I told the guy I was working with that I would be there in about 20min since I live in south Tampa. At 6:48pm he called me again to check on my ETA. I felt so rushed and I told him I'm on my way please don't rush me. He then told me "Ma'am we actually close at 6:30pm so we're doing you a favor by staying late, do you want to just pick up your car in the morning". This then made me rather angry as I had left my car at 12pm for an oil change and had told him I needed my car same day. I really hope he doesn't do this to anybody else because it did not leave me happy by any means. Also they didn't wash my car this time or put up a sticker to show me my next oil change date. I still have the old sticker hanging in my car. Definitely not impressed this time around. More

Excellent service I had an issue with my sunroof leaking. The service department resolved the issue. There was a very small stain on the head liner due to the leak. My service rep, Eileen Tackett, not only ensured that the sunroof was repaired, but replaced the parts on my car that showed any water stains. She further insisted on having my car fully detailed so that there would not be the slightest evidence of any water stain, although initial stain was minimal. She was profession, courteous and extremely helpful. I was more than pleased with my service experience. More
