Rick Green is the best Service Consultant from Mercedes of Tampa and any other dealership service departments we have ever taken our vehicle for servi Rick Green is the best Service Consultant from Mercedes of Tampa and any other dealership service departments we have ever taken our vehicle for service work in the past. We have two Mercedes which we take both vehicles to Rick Greene for all service or maintenance work because we only trust Rick and know that he will always take care of our vehicle like it's his own car. Rick is very professional and always a pleasure to work with and he takes the worry of our vehicle issues/problems away. He is extremely efficient in the entire process with checking the car in and getting a loaner. The loaner is ready when we show up at the dealership along with the paperwork for us to sign. This is the reason we keep coming back to purchase a car from Mercedes of Tampa Bay because we know we can trust the staff at the dealership, such as Rick, to take care of all of service needs to keep our vehicles running like new all the time. We love Rick and he is a very valuable asset to the company. We like to have a good working relationship with someone we can always trust and know they will always take care of us like family. More
