SLK 250 Purchase I came in for maintenance and the cost was so large I decided it was time to trade up, so i did. I found Cary and we went for a ride in a recently ret I came in for maintenance and the cost was so large I decided it was time to trade up, so i did. I found Cary and we went for a ride in a recently returned lease car. I was hooked and bought a 2013 SLK 250. I'm very happy with the car and the great service Cary and Kevin showed me. I recommend MB and this dealership to all who inquire about my SLK. More

Quick Service I am only doing this review so that I do not get annoying calls to do a survey on the phone. I drove into Mercedes at 7:15 PM realizing that they close at 8 PM because I thought I had a nail in my tire and figured they can plug it. Come to find out it was not a nail and I had to replace the tire. The job was done at 7:54 PM. Amazing time. Thanks guys! More
Great sales/service. Sales team was great at answering questions and were very friendly and easy to work with. Finance wasn't as good, Adam was friendly but talked us into a 6 year loan vs the 4 year loan that I wanted, causing the interest rate to be higher than necessary. I believe the 6 year loan push was so that subsequent add-ons could be pushed with a lower "only X dollars per month" pitch. In the end we got a nice car with poor financing and too many expensive sealants, protectants, you name it, add-ons. Service center experience was really good. Rick was great, very friendly and helpful. More

The men and women who make the experience exceptional treat me like they have been waiting all day for me to arrive. As busy as they are, they take the time to make sure I'm taken care of in the best way possible. Service revisit Upon bringing my vehicle back in within 1week of being serviced , my service rep Eric Gonzalez was extremely efficient in getting my car in quickly to Upon bringing my vehicle back in within 1week of being serviced , my service rep Eric Gonzalez was extremely efficient in getting my car in quickly to be seen while I waited for a loaner . I came in around lunchtime and all loaner vehicles were out. I only ended up waiting in the lounge about 20 mins before a loaner became available . Eric did an excellent job of keeping me updated on staus of my vehicle service and aquiring a loaner car for me quickly . This was very much appreciated as I was post call from the hospital and very much needing to go home and get some rest ! Kudos to Eric -excellant customer service More
