These People Know the Meaning of Customer Service At age 67, I can't count the number of cars I have owned, and consequently the number of service departments I have dealt with, but Mercedes Benz of T At age 67, I can't count the number of cars I have owned, and consequently the number of service departments I have dealt with, but Mercedes Benz of Tampa is hands down the absoulute best. Seven days a week you can pull into one of the lanes and within minutes you are inside talking with a service specialist, your car heads, for the garage, and you head for the complimentary Cappacino Bar.. which in itself is enough reason to walk into this dealership. Cappacino in hand you can head for a leather chair in front of a large screen TV showing the news or go into their " Quiet Room" which iis exactly that: QUIET ! A nice comfortable room where you can work on your laptop or read a book in a library atmosphere. If you don't feel like hanging around the dealership, contact concierge services and they will arrange a car to take you to the nearby Tampa International Mall. Fifteen minutes before you want to head back, give a call and a new Mercedes and driver is waiting for you outside whatever door at the Mall you tell them you are at. Back at the dealership, your car is waiting for you, you can rest assured any reason you brought your car in, it will be fixed or serviced. Oh yeah, and the car will be washed, vacumed, and detailed...no charge. Now try beating that for customer service ! More

Car Wash & Headlights Restoration Car washed but missed a rim; re-ran car through, they returned it to original drop off area but misplaced keys. Internet person (African American) r Car washed but missed a rim; re-ran car through, they returned it to original drop off area but misplaced keys. Internet person (African American) realized my frustration and jumped into action recovering my keys under 2 mins. Restored headlights to good condition (2.5hrs) but not to condition expressed on advertisement pamphlet. Total cost just over 100. Rated 3 due to amount of time lost from duty day, which was 1.5hrs. I truly believe it was just a very busy day for the car-washing staff and my situation was just a hiccup. I will return later today 12 Sep 16 for a do over. Complimentary beverage staff was outstanding. More
