Smooth Service I went in to have my tire pressure checked. It was very busy for a Saturday but, I was taken care of. Lies and more MY E350 has been in the shop now for seven times for a transmission problem. The reports that I'm given on the repair are nothing but out right lies. I had several problems with the first Mercedes, a C 300. Now to solve this current problem with the E350 the salesman wants me to trade it in and get another one?????. My only recourse is to pursue this matter under the Lemon Law. My Service Associate, Bob Net, has put up with my visits like a gentleman and professional. He has no way of controlling the repair quality there More

THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN BUYING A CAR I have purchased many cars in the past but I can say this is by far my best experience buying a vehicle. From the first phone call I received from her she not only was very courteous and kind but she also was very honest and straight forward. She told me she will find me the car that I am looking for and will make sure that I will be very pleased at the end of the deal. She wasn't lying. When I met her at the showroom, she was reassuring, pleasant, knowledgeable and just WONDERFUL. She later introduced me to whom I can call my counselor in purchasing a car, Mr Brett Tatum. Mr Tatum was patient, kind and display the most pleasurable attitude and answered all the million questions I had and never did I felt pressured. He offered many options and made sure he got me into the car and deal that I fit my budget. .Finally when I met Kevin Cao in finance, unlike any other financing advisers he was very professional and knowledgeable.
