He was flexible on pricing (minimal haggling) in valuing the two cars and in coordinating with dealer management on trade valuations for the two vehicles we traded in. A positive experience. Robert and the team (sales management, purchase consultant and concierege) were all well versed and professional, answering any/all questions and assuring us of resolution on a few minor details that arose during the two-week process. I would highly recommend this dealer, and Robert in particular. A very nice guy, cooperative and flexible. We got excellent service at a fair price. More

Happy with MBofT but one issue We have purchased three cars from MBofT over the past 8 years and have always been extremely happy with the employees and the overall professionalism. We have purchased three cars from MBofT over the past 8 years and have always been extremely happy with the employees and the overall professionalism. One of the complimentary services is a car wash when we bring it in for service. The past three times the wash was terrible. Suggestion - even if its free, if its not going to be done well - don't bother. Thank you. More

Above and Beyond! This was our first purchase from MBofT. From the beginning to end of our experience, each team member was courteous and listened/answered our question This was our first purchase from MBofT. From the beginning to end of our experience, each team member was courteous and listened/answered our questions. I say "above and beyond" because we were literally "out the door" with my new GLC300 and I realized the car I had purchased didn't have voice command for bluetooth phone. The entire staff we worked with that day met and showed me a different car which had the Media Package I needed. We sat down and re-did the entire hours-long meeting and paper work to void the car sale and purchase the car I REALLY wanted. My husband and I felt that at no other dealership this would have happened, they would have said, "well that's the car you purchased, sorry" and sent me on my way. I truly appreciated this experience. We felt that we were given an extremely good deal on our trade in and purchase price. Best of all, I am driving a beautiful car I really love! More

I was disappointed because I asked for a service check on my car and a car wash. While I did get a ride to/from the airport. The car was not cleaned and there was not any notice that the car had been inspected as with previous times. This was not the case the previous 2 visits so I am hoping it was an off weekend. More
