The sales person gave my wife and time to think and discuss all of our options without any hassle. After a week of research and discussion with my wife, we decided to commit. Our sales person was not pushy at all. He understood that this was a huge commitment. He made himself available to us if we had any questions. Our finance person was just as helpful and knowledgeable as our sales person. He took his time in explaining all the options we had available to us. The process was seamless. The only issue that I had was that our credit was verified twice. My wife and I submitted a credit application online on the dealer's own website in which resulted in a credit inquiry. Our credit was verified again at the dealership which resulted in another credit inquiry. Two inquiries with the same info on the same day. The other issue that I have is that my wife told me I am not allowed to drive the car because it belongs to her. Please advise my sales person that I m coming back to buy another one for me.
