Airport drop off This was my third time using the airport drop service offered at MB Tampa. I was disappointed because I asked for a service check on my car and a car This was my third time using the airport drop service offered at MB Tampa. I was disappointed because I asked for a service check on my car and a car wash. While I did get a ride to/from the airport. The car was not cleaned and there was not any notice that the car had been inspected as with previous times. This was not the case the previous 2 visits so I am hoping it was an off weekend. More

( salesperson) and Brett Tatum (sales mgr) found them the perfect car at a great price! They said the attention and care they received was unlike anything they have experienced when purchasing a car. My husband and I had to go see for ourselves, Asmae found us the perfect car, even the exact colors we wanted. Brett Tatum and Asmae B. gave us the best possible deal. My son was right this dealership is like no other. So less then a week later we purchased a new Mercedes C 300 that will share the garage with our 13 yr ML 550. Amazing and Friendly My wife and I had a very good experience with all the folks that we interacted with. Our sales person answered every question we had. The sales pers My wife and I had a very good experience with all the folks that we interacted with. Our sales person answered every question we had. The sales person explained all of our options. The sales person gave my wife and time to think and discuss all of our options without any hassle. After a week of research and discussion with my wife, we decided to commit. Our sales person was not pushy at all. He understood that this was a huge commitment. He made himself available to us if we had any questions. Our finance person was just as helpful and knowledgeable as our sales person. He took his time in explaining all the options we had available to us. The process was seamless. The only issue that I had was that our credit was verified twice. My wife and I submitted a credit application online on the dealer's own website in which resulted in a credit inquiry. Our credit was verified again at the dealership which resulted in another credit inquiry. Two inquiries with the same info on the same day. The other issue that I have is that my wife told me I am not allowed to drive the car because it belongs to her. Please advise my sales person that I m coming back to buy another one for me. I have confidently recommended them to many of our friends, family and colleagues and will continue to do so. Mark Gray has always been very responsive to our new car needs. Tom Fallon and James Berger have been extremely helpful in a variety of situations. We have always had our cars (and Sprinters) serviced at MBOT and the service department is also fantastic. Dan Willing has been a joy to deal with and always keeps us updated on the status of the vehicles. John Silver was very accommodating when we had a serious issue with one of our SUV's. More
