This is the fourth time I have being told the car wash service is not working and I can see cars being washed? More

Ellen & Mark are the Best! Ellen has been such a life saver on more than one occasion. When another service center really screwed up my car Ellen was very helpful in getting my Ellen has been such a life saver on more than one occasion. When another service center really screwed up my car Ellen was very helpful in getting my car fixed and back on the road within 3 days. The other service center had my car for 3 weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Even when Ellen is not there all of the staff at the service center greets me by name and is very helpful and Friendly. Mark Gray was great to work with . He got me in the car I wanted ML 63 AMG, even though it was a tall order, White on White. I will not go anywhere else for a car or service. I live in South Pinellas County and make the drive to Tampa with a smile. It feels good to know that my car is in good hands! More

Dan Pohlen , the Service Advisor, is a delight to deal with because of his friendly nature and positive attitude. I can trust him to keep me informed should I have a question about my car while it’s being serviced. And, I can’t say enough good things about Cosmo, the “go to” mechanic when it comes to working on antique cars. I have the upmost confidence in his ability to keep my car running in tip top condition. He never disappoints me. Most recently, I had the timing chain replaced and, once again, I was delighted with the repair and the way the car runs. More
