Dan Pohlen , the Service Advisor, is a delight to deal with because of his friendly nature and positive attitude. I can trust him to keep me informed should I have a question about my car while it’s being serviced. And, I can’t say enough good things about Cosmo, the “go to” mechanic when it comes to working on antique cars. I have the upmost confidence in his ability to keep my car running in tip top condition. He never disappoints me. Most recently, I had the timing chain replaced and, once again, I was delighted with the repair and the way the car runs. More

Great Service Experience We are concurrently leasing two vehicles and both were in need of scheduled maintenance. We were able to easily schedule the appointments online, and list the specific issues that we wanted to be addressed. Our service representative, Dustin, kept in close touch with us throughout, always letting us know exactly what was being done and when the vehicles would be ready. From start to finish, the experience was excellent and extremely convenient from the customer's perspective. More

My first time experiencing service at this dealership. I was in pretty impressed with the structure and orchestration of receiving vehicles and customers for service on their Mercedes. Their follow-up was excellent the waiting area is very comfortable and pleasant. Overall experience was very good, I will bring my vehicle back again whenever it needs service. More

Water was coming into my car through a seal I was driving my car. I noticed water dripping off of my rearview mirror on to my leg. I looked up and I noticed there was a wet area in my headliner I was driving my car. I noticed water dripping off of my rearview mirror on to my leg. I looked up and I noticed there was a wet area in my headliner and there was even a stain from previous water. Apparently there are drains around the top of the car. The jeans we're apparently clogged so the water was just packing up and coming in. The service was great. I was pleased a loaner car and I had my car back the next day. I will be going back to see if they can replace the headliner because the sign is still there. My service person was Bob. He was great. More
