Overall Very very good! Only problem was they couldn't find my fob and I had to wait around about 5 minutes until they located the guy who had it. Great Car Buying Experience Because of Asmae Bouazzaoui After some disappointing runarounds at other dealerships I wanted to give up on looking for a new car. Late last Sat night I looked online I must have left my number, because the next day I received a call from Asmae Bouazzaui my heart was not in it. My husband, teenage daughter and I all took a ride to Tampa from Trinity Fl. So glad we did! Asmae listened to all of our concerns, they did not have the exact car for us, but told us they would find it. Brett Tatum (sales Mgr) and Asmae Bouazzaoui worked very hard and found one the very next day! It was more then perfect! I feel I was treated with dignity and respect, I have been buying cars for a very long time, This is by far the best experience ever! I feel I got an awesome deal and now my father in law will be coming in to see Asmae Bouazzaoui! This woman is amazing! More

Buying from an Apple retail store has always been considered the gold standard in consumer shopping experiences, that was until Bruno Santelli (Sales) Buying from an Apple retail store has always been considered the gold standard in consumer shopping experiences, that was until Bruno Santelli (Sales), Adil (Adam) Zidouhia (Finance), and Jaden Batten (Product Concierge) set the bar to a new standard. From the moment I walked into the dealership Bruno made me feel like I was the only customer at the dealership. He listened to my needs and over delivered on them in every way! The car (a new MB CLS400) and my final deal price far exceeded my expectations! Bruno not only was able to get me into a nicer vehicle at a jaw dropping discount, he also was able to get me out of my remaining lease payments. The rest of my buying experience was complemented by the polish and professionalism of Adil (Adam) Zidouhia in the finance department. Adam swiftly processed my lease application while taking the time to thoughtfully explain the best options to save me money. Jaden Batten (Product Concierge) has provided her deep product knowledge and mastery of its application to my wife and I during our past MB of Tampa vehicle purchases. Her innate ability to simplify the most complex features of MB vehicles and convey it to people in a streamlined fashion is truly a gift to the dealership's customers. If my auto buying experience could be condensed into a manual, it would probably become a best selling sales and operations bible; used by auto dealers to train and motivate their staff to aspire for excellence! Kudos to MB of Tampa Bay and your winning team of professionals for making this the best car buying experience I have had to date! More
