New Behicle Purchase Simon Tickett is a good guy who looks after us very well. We wouldn't do business with Tampa Merxedes if Simon were not there. Jerry is a good guy but it took forever to sign all the documents and to listen to his sales pitches on Variou add-ons. Mary was very helpful and has offered to help others in my family get to to speed on the technology. More

Great Serice Associate, Not So Great Timing Experience I purchased my 2014 Mercedes from Lokey in Clearwater and have historically had it serviced there. I recently had my auxiliary battery malfunction an I purchased my 2014 Mercedes from Lokey in Clearwater and have historically had it serviced there. I recently had my auxiliary battery malfunction and called Lokey about it, they said it was a simple battery swap out and would not take long. Given that my car is still under warranty and the Tampa dealership is much closer, I opted to take my car there for this service. When I arrived Mr. Net was very professional and courteous. He said my service time would be about an hour. I went to the lounge to wait. I notice several people come in after me, all of whom left when they were called back by their service associates, obviously their car servicing was complete, even though I was there first. At the 1 1/2 hour mark, I went back to speak with Mr. Net about the timing. He was not there and I was told by another associate that my car was being washed. At the 2 hr mark Mr. Net came to find me, my car servicing was complete. My overall service experience was not great. It was irritating seeing people come in after me (by the way I did have an appointment) and leave long before me, especially since my service issue was by everyone's account so easy...swapping out a battery,. I could not help but think that maybe I was put at the bottom of the line because I did not buy my car from this dealership, but from a competitor. In any case it is doubtful I will return to Tampa for servicing as Lokey's customer service has proven, to me at least, to be much better. Sincerely, Manuel Calzon III More
