Highly Recommend Noah! Working with Noah to identify the best car for me was such a great experience. I had never purchased/leased a car before so I was happy that Noah was Working with Noah to identify the best car for me was such a great experience. I had never purchased/leased a car before so I was happy that Noah was very honest and up front about the pros and cons of each option. He demonstrated different safety features. The best part about this dealership is their willingness to work with everyone as well as all of the fun amenities. I love the little coffee bar they have which employs autistic baristas. Also, Noah was so friendly and happy to help me with anything I needed following the sale, such as window tinting. I look forward to continuing to work with Noah. While my review of the dealership is 5 stars and my experience with the sales process was a delight, I cannot say the same for my experience with the finance manager who attempted to change the deal that I had originally made with Noah. It was very confusing and difficult to work with him. I found myself to be very stressed out and anxious about why the deal was changing and he was telling me to pay different amounts. Nonetheless, it was all sorted out in the end. The delivery coordinator was so much fun! This was the last part of my Mercedes experience. She really took the time to show me the features that mattered to me as well as features I didn't even know existed! She insisted we take a picture in front of my new car and it is one of my favorite memories. More

Exceptional Service As always, all it takes to schedule an appointment is a phone call . He was still dealing with another patron, but others offered to get the information from the car to assist Mike when he was through. Mik;e Nankovitch is my advisor, took down the details of my concerns, checked if there were any recalls current and pending,,advised the diagnostics would be about one hour. Within that time frame he was back to discuss what needed to be done, cost and length of time to completion. I was kept informed and not left guessing and the work was done in a timely manner.
