Customer service is a priority. It's done well at MB Tampa. I can not speak more highly of this dealership. I tend to do a good amount of internet research and prep work before visiting a dealer as I hate the I can not speak more highly of this dealership. I tend to do a good amount of internet research and prep work before visiting a dealer as I hate the feeling of being taken for a ride. After finding the car I was interested on the line I spoke to Bruno Santelli about a half hour before getting to the dealership. He had pulled up the carfax and all service records for the car I was looking at and had everything ready when I arrived. He was cordial and focused on providing myself and my family a positive experience while at the dealership. Bruno was straightforward and honest. Also, while the car I was purchasing was a pre-owned Dodge, priced less than 1/10th of the AMGs and Maybach's at the dealership, we were not treated any differently than I would hope to be treated if I was to purchase a $260k car. Every employee that I encountered asked if I was being helped. We then dealt with Kevin Cao for our financing and he was prompt, efficient and courteous as well. While I did arrive with the thought of purchasing a car, there are many factors that can dissuade you from an overall pleasant experience. There was nothing wrong with this purchase. I would and will recommend Mercedes Benz of Tampa to friends/family and will likely purchase from them again. More

Best car buying eperience. I had been searching for a particular color combination and finally found it. Unfortunately, it was over three hours from my home. I was very hesita I had been searching for a particular color combination and finally found it. Unfortunately, it was over three hours from my home. I was very hesitant to drive threee hours to look at a vehicle that the pictures might not tell the whole story. I had spoken to Shedrick, our salesperson, and he assured me the car was in great shape. I reluctantly made the drive, but I am glad I did. The car was as described, the deal was as we discussed over the phone and everyone at Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay was extremely nice and helpful. I will not hesitate to contact them again when it's time to buy another vehicle. More
