we have a 2025 Mercedes benz vehicle, only 3 months old with so many mechanical problems, we have made several attempts to schedule service for the last 2 weeks spoke to Dereck who promise to call us back with so many mechanical problems, we have made several attempts to schedule service for the last 2 weeks spoke to Dereck who promise to call us back to schedule service till today he haven't scheduled service for our car, we also request a call back from the service manager with no success, the saddest thing is that if you want to go to a different Diller they will deny service and sent you back to the Diller where you originally purchase your vehicle, please stay away from this Diller. More

Come to find out from a Service Mgr. from another dealer that my $2,000.00 bill could have been $600.00 had I gone elsewhere....MB of Valencia you own the ONE & DONE market.... More
I was notified that there was a recall on my 2022 GLE 450 fuel pump. They told me that they would order the part and call me when it came in. They called me to bring my car in and the part was not there. Sec fuel pump. They told me that they would order the part and call me when it came in. They called me to bring my car in and the part was not there. Second time they called me to bring my car in they had the part but they did not have a loaner car that they promised me. I then brought my car in for service and they said they would do the service and fuel pump replacement but again the part was still on order. It’s been months now and no one has called me back so it looks like I’ll go to Mercedes in Encino for future needs. Disappointed and the dealership should be embarrassed. More

I brought it in to the service for 3 times and they had no idea what was wrong with it, they kept changing parts that did not solve the issue. The 4th time I took it in they lied and said that it has rodent damage so they're not responsible for selling me a damaged car which would clearly qualify me for a lemon law case. I stated that this car is a safety hazard and that I did not want it, their response was shocking. One of the agents called me yelling, and said that he does not care if I get in an accident and threatened me that if I don't return the loaner they had given me they will take legal action against me! They refused to help me and said that they don't care how I get my car fixed they said I should pick it u UNFIXED and get in a crash but they're not responsible for anything. More
