Welcoming, Professional and efficient. My experience was exceptional. All of the individuals I came in contact with were welcoming, listened to my concerns and took the appropriate actions. When your car unexpectedly is out of commission you feel vulnerable, but this quickly became a no issue for me, because the Valencia Staff quickly set out to ensure all issues were covered including providing me transport and a loaner. One of the reasons this was so amazing, is because I did not have an appointment and it was a very busy time for them. Thanks and gratitude to the those who contributed to my experience! More

First Servicing Jasmine was very informative. We were offered a loaner car right away so we could go have lunch.Everything went smooth for being our first time here a Jasmine was very informative. The young ladies at cashier desk were not very personable. They were having conversations among themselves while helping us. And when they were speaking to us we could barely understand because it was a mumble. That is the only part of our visit that wasn't very welcoming. More
