When I brought the vehi Derek Googe was fantastic! We thoroughly discussed the battery charging issue with my Sprinter before we made the appointment. When I brought the vehicle in he informed me exactly of what Mercedes was going to look at, and that he would keep me informed of the findings. First he came out and said they found that the battery was at fault and needed to be replaced. Since it was out of warranty the cost would be $440, and I authorized the repairs. He came back a few minutes and informed me that he ran the repairs a different way, and it was, in fact, covered under warranty after all. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was required, and he has earned all my future business. to whoever reads this, Derek is a valuable asset to Mercedes Benz of Valencia. More

Jazmin Quintero was wonderful in coordinating the service, ordering the necessary parts and scheduling the repair in a timely manner. Her communication, both in person and via email/phone, was thorough, helpful, and friendly. I’m extremely satisfied with the work that was done by the service technicians, and the overall experience with the dealer was great (provided me a loaner car and completed the work within the day). I will definitely be returning to this dealer in the future for my other service needs. More
