The reason I did not rate this dealership a 5 is because it does not give the owner the "special" feeling of owning a luxury vehicle, as previous Benz dealers over the past 22 years. The lounge area was just OK. No snacks and uncomfortable bar chairs. Even our local Toyota dealer offers donuts in the morning. One would think a Mercedes dealer could at least do the same. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
